Moving day is fastly approaching us.
And with that said...I don't really have many pictures or events to share
Unless. of course, you want pictures of Jaxon unpacking basically every box I've packed, or pictures of the furniture/walls he's defaced due to being cooped up inside. Call me crazy, but I'm not big on letting him play outside when its 108 degrees out.
I have, however, been loving lots on pinterest. I'm loving all things white and turquoise, and I cannot wait to try some of these things out in our new home.
I happen to have some time on my hands now while my oven cleans itself and I choose to ignore the picture Jaxon drew me with pen on our couch that needs to be cleaned. Lets take a look, shall we?

These are both made out of coffee filters. BRILLIANT! It's a perfect combination of my new found love for white, and Michael's insistent love of saving money. Win win.
I would love to have this in our bedroom. I promise I would use it everyday, because I could think of a million reasons why I love my husband.
Just sayin. He's pretty great :)
We will need a swing for our new porch, and I choose this one.
Shower hooks to organize my purses. This is going to happen sooner rather than later.
This is genius! One for Michael, Me, Abbie, Jax, Towels, and socks. Love.
What a fun way to display the kids artwork, just rotate what goes in the clips. Love the idea. Love the turquoise. Love it.
I'm thinking about this little DIY project for the back entry. The garage is on the back of the house, and we will use it anytime we leave the house in the car...so yeah, a lot.
I have never loved bedding for Abbie's room as much as I love this. It is perfect in just about every way...except the price. Anyone get a Neiman's discount?
This will probably be what we go with instead. I like it nearly as much, and the price is much better, however it is out of stock. Maybe by the time we move in it will be available.
What a cute way to display our house rules! I have ours printed out on the fridge, but I like this idea much better.
I need this as a disclaimer in our family room.
I so badly wanted to make this for our house for the 4th, but sadly, we weren't in it on time, and it seemed silly for me to make it for a house that is already all packed up.
which were demolished (mostly by Jax) in record time.
And these glow-in-the-dark drinks that I found here. Super easy, and the kids loved having them while we sat in the driveway and watched the fireworks.
Hopefully the next blog I write will be about how we are getting settled in our new place, and not just about all the fun things I want to put in the new place! We are PRAYING fervently to close Friday...so we can move over the weekend, but our closing deadline is next Tuesday. We've got about anywhere between 5-9 days to go.
M is already down there as of today, which makes me all the more anxious to get this thing in motion and get down there! I miss him already, but am grateful that my Mom is coming to stay with us, and help with the kids while I finish packing/cleaning.
Yay for Mom's, always coming to the rescue!
Have a blessed week :)
