Yesterday was Abigail's 1st field day! We woke up a little early to get her face painted, tattoos on, and ready to spend the day in the sun.
I had so much fun watching her and her friends, totally brought back old field day memories for me!
My Mom always says "she could wear a potato sack and still look beautiful."
Apparently this is true! :)
My hands were hurting just watching this, ouch!
It was such a fun day.
Jax loved watching Big Sister, and playing with his buddies that were there, and I loved watching and being there to help. Such a great day :)
Now we are just 6.5 school days away from summer break. So exciting, because let me tell you, we love us some summer. Snow cones, pool time, BBQ's, weekday slumber parties, and everything else that comes with it. However with the end of 1st grade comes the reality that 2nd grade is right around the corner. Breaks my mama heart that she is growing up so fast, but I'm so thankful I get to be there for every moment of it. Couldn't love this little girl more!
