Day 2

Today was Day 2 - FROZEN YOGURT DAY!

Today was our first time to try the frozen yogurt shop down the street, and I'm happy to report it did not disappoint! It was just like Nikki's back home, which we loved, and the price was just as good. We will be frequent customers, for sure.

I want more just looking at the pictures, yum!

I am surprised that we even made it there after the day that we had. We got locked out of our house after swim lessons this morning, and Michael was 45 minutes away at a meeting. Awesome. We had a playdate scheduled but didn't get to stay long b/c I knew we had to make the trip out to get the key. Thankfully we've made some really great friends who offered us extra diapers for the boy, and some clothes for Abbie so she wouldn't have to go in public in nothing but her bathing suit! 

Well, of course we got semi-lost (I hate you google maps) and ended up being in the car for three hours. Not exactly how I planned on spending the day, but I did enjoy the 79 degree temps we had here...and the few drops of rain! Hallelujah!

Tomorrow I'll post about Day 3, whatever that entails, and hopefully that won't include an explanation of why I wasted 1/2 a tank of gas in one day.
