Happy Friday, guys!
I am always a lover of Fridays, but this Friday is extra special for about 2,376 reasons.
Fabulous Friday Reason #1: Hubbs comes home!
Michael has been out of town all week, and is coming back today...HOORAY!! There has never been a time, in all of our years together, that I haven't boo-hoo'd like a big baby when he leaves town. I really do miss him when he's gone, and the kids miss him just as much. Silver lining? The chance to watch daddy's little girl beam ear-to-ear when he calls her for their nightly chat and prayers over speaker phone. She cannot wait to see him tonight and neither can I!
Fabulous Friday Reason # 2: Pink Impact tonight!
The long awaited PINK IMPACT starts tonight, at Beltway Park! Gateway church, in Southlake, hosts this ladies conference every year, and this year Beltway decided to host an extra one here. From what I hear, it's a life changing event! I seriously CANNOT WAIT for {my sweet friend} Mysti and I, to experience what the Lord has in store for us this weekend!
Fabulous Friday Reason # 3: Ehem....ROYAL WEDDING!!
Helloooo....how often do we get to see a royal wedding??!! This is a historic day! I wasn't even alive yet for the last one, so I am so excited to watch (the replay...was certainly not up at 4a.m.) all the festivites! Can we please talk about her dress? Stunning. Classic. Gorgeous. Just like her. LOVE it.
How exciting for a "commoner" (as they keep calling her on Good Morning America) to become a princess! Kate Middelton to Princess Catherine. My husband (and his twin) were born on the very same day as Prince William, and for some reason this makes me feel more a part of it all. Next best thing to being on the guest list, right?
Fabulous Friday Reason # 4: What a difference a day makes!
Yesterday, in an attempt to look nice for my hubby's homecoming, I got the brilliant idea to wax my legs. Not only did it leave behind half of the hair, it also left me with (what looked to be) the worst razor burn of all time. It looked as if I took a rusted, blunt razor and shaved my legs dry. Fail. I then proceded to break out the tweezers and pluck what the wax had missed, and eventually just gave up...after half an hour got me (basically) no where. Thankfully, time heals, and they look much more like human legs today. And now my husband won't be repulsed by the mere sight of me. So that's a plus. And no...I will not post a picture, because I care, and I don't want to give you nightmares. You will thank me later.
Okay, so that was only 4 reasons. It seemed like more initially.

Happy Friday, ya'll!
